Absolute E-Z Up's ISP-11 aerial lift
March 3, 2010Absolute E-Z Up, Charleston, S.C., introduces the ISP-11 aerial lift, which is designed to make inventory and product placement easier in warehouse, production, and retail markets. Eliminating the hazard of ladders and increasing worker efficiency, the ISP-11 offers an innovative driving system that maintains a 57-inch outside turning radius and allows the platform to rotate a complete turn on its axis.

Measuring 31.8"x61.4" and offering a 287-pound platform capacity and 35 percent gradeability, the ISP-11 can be easily operated in locations with high-density shelving systems and congested aisles. Maintenance is easy and cost effective because the ISP-11 is built with an aluminum alloy column, eliminating the need for annual chain inspections. Plus the mast does not require greasing, which allows it to be used in supermarkets or food processing plants where hygienic operation is important. The ISP-11 uses biodegradable fluid, eliminating the need for lubricant or oil changes, and it is painted using a powder coat painting process.

“Users can easily adjust the material tray with a push of a button, and it supports up to 198 pounds in merchandise,” said Mike Buley, managing partner of Absolute E-Z Up. “Ideal for large facilities, this model has a drive speed of 3.5 mph and can operate over 18.6 miles on one battery charge.”

A two-handed proportional driving system ensures operators are in a stable position prior to machine activation. Intuitive controls regulate the machine’s driving speed automatically when the platform is elevated. The unit is fitted with non-marking tires.

As with other Absolute E-Z Up models, the ISP-11 maintains an 10 year warranty on the mast and cylinder, five-year warranty on all components, and a one-year non-prorated warranty on batteries.
